Pressurised to a maximum of 3 bar, this 1.5 litre hand sprayer dispenses cleaning chemicals through a jet-effect plastic nozzle. Total capacity reaches 1860 ml. EPDM seals handle alkaline solutions from pH 7 to 14. The pump head and shaft use reinforced polypropylene. A safety valve releases pressure automatically, and a graduated rod shows the liquid level during work.
The chemical pressure sprayer A-Type 1.5 PRO EPDM from EPOCA works on manual pump pressure, with no power source needed. Nominal capacity is 1860 ml and usable filling volume is 1500 ml. The operator pumps the handle until the safety valve audibly vents, then sprays. That valve limits internal pressure to roughly 3 bar and can also be opened by hand.
Seals are made of EPDM, a synthetic rubber suited to alkaline media between pH 7 and pH 14. The pump head and pump shaft are moulded in reinforced polypropylene. A protective cap shields the return valve from direct contact with liquid. The graduated indicator rod lets the user read the fill level without opening the tank. A wide base keeps the unit stable on the ground, and moulded grooves give a firm grip during carrying.
Structural parts of the head are polypropylene, a material chosen for impact and chemical resistance. The automatic safety valve bleeds pressure at about 3 bar. Before unscrewing the head, the user should always release pressure through that valve. The protective cap over the return valve extends its service life by keeping cleaning liquid away from the sealing face.
Pressure can also be dropped simply by loosening the cap when the tank is empty. This makes rinsing and routine servicing straightforward. Because the head unscrews completely, the inside of the tank stays accessible for cleaning. Spare seals and O-rings can be lubricated with Vaseline oil, which keeps the pumping action smooth over repeated cycles.
Usable volume of 1500 ml covers a long work session before refilling. The plastic nozzle produces a jet effect and can be adjusted for a denser or finer output. EPDM seals resist many cleaning chemicals and hold pressure without leakage. For acid media, EPOCA offers a separate version with PA Viton seals under article 18831.
Carton dimensions are 38.5 x 29.0 x 49.5 cm with a gross weight of 4.52 kg. Each pallet carries 32 cartons. Brass-nozzle and unlabelled versions share the same packing figures, so logistics planning stays identical across the range.
Workshops use the sprayer to apply detergents during vehicle washing and wheel cleaning. It also serves for window cleaning, car interior cleaning and floor washing. Furniture, tables, chairs and painted walls can be treated with diluted alkaline cleaners. Food-service and facility teams apply sanitising solutions to work surfaces. The 1.5 litre size suits spot work and mobile cleaning rounds where a backpack sprayer would be oversized.
Fill the tank to the marked level, then screw the pump head down firmly. Pump until the discharge valve is heard, and repeat this before each spraying run. If liquid sits below the maximum mark, more pumping strokes are required. Spray from a distance of 50 to 70 cm from the treated surface. After each use, release pressure, empty the tank and rinse it with clean water. Pump clean water through until the tank and the hose line run dry. Do not leave the pump pressurised for long periods. Lubricate the nozzle, seals and O-rings at least once a year with Vaseline oil, and replace worn parts.
