ELORA workshop trolleys are used for storing and moving tools. They are used in repair workshops, car garages and industrial plants. The Super Caddy and ToolJET lines offer from 3 to 10 drawers. Each drawer carries 20–45 kg. The drawers run on full-extension ball-bearing slides. Models such as 1220-LOT include 237 pieces, Super Caddy 184 integrates 184 tools, or the empty version 1220-L7 lets you pick the modules yourself.

Double-layer steel construction, powder coated in yellow RAL 1006 or in black, red and navy blue for the BUDDY line. The anti-tilt system allows only one drawer to be pulled out at a time, and the castors have a locking brake. The workbench combined with the 1810-L cabinet, the wall-mounted cabinet 1100L and the three-tier trolley 1200-L extend the layout options. Accessories include the waste basket 1220-PK, the can holder 1220-DH, hooks and a mobile socket reel. Made in Germany, officially imported, with warranty according to the manufacturer's terms.

Cabinets for repair, maintenance and new production in industry. The cabinet design is simple and stays attractive over time, with yellow as the main colour. ELORA Germany also supplies cabinets in colours requested by the customer. Suitable for the interior scheme of a workshop or laboratory.

A common feature of these tool cabinets is that every drawer pulls fully out, showing all the tools and making them easy to reach while working. The Tool JET cabinet allows only one drawer to be pulled at a time, preventing the cabinet from tipping. A particular point of the ELORA cabinets is how customisable they are, with many different options. No two are alike, except for the cabinet body.

BUDDY 7-drawer tool cabinet

The BUDDY tool cabinet comes in 3 basic colours: black, navy blue and red. The 3 different tones give users a choice that matches the colour scheme of the workshop. The cabinet top is covered with a thick rigid ABS plastic plate, divided into compartments for small parts. The top can be removed easily for cleaning when needed. The BUDDY body is made of high-grade sheet steel, machined on CNC equipment.

The cabinet body has built-in connection points and fixtures for combining with accessories mounted outside the cabinet. The 7-drawer cabinet is supplied with accessories for holding cleaning chemical bottles and trays. The cabinet locks with a single lock at the centre, locking all 7 drawers. Each drawer has a load capacity of up to 20 kg. The 2 large drawers carry up to 30 kg.

The castors have a lock to fix the cabinet in place. 2 castors swivel freely for steering. The castors are rubber-coated, run smoothly and make no noise. The handle can be fitted on either side; combined with the 2 swivel castors, the cabinet can be either pushed or pulled. The drawers are designed to open exposing 100% of the drawer area, so tools are easy to take out. The drawers slide on high-grade ball-bearing rails: durable, quiet and smooth.

For the tool insert you can choose ready-made sets from WS-1 to WS-10. These sets match the load capacity. They also match the dimensions of each tool drawer. You can add or remove items as you wish, as long as it is useful for you. The standard set is only a suggestion for you.

SUPER CADDY 7-drawer workshop trolley

The cabinet has 7 drawers, from small to large. Each drawer holds tools with a load capacity of up to 20 kg per drawer. The 2 bottom drawers carry up to 30 kg. The whole cabinet is made of solid, high-grade sheet steel, wear-resistant and scratch-resistant. The body is powder coated.

The cabinet top is made of high-grade ABS plastic, divided into 5 compartments. The compartments hold tools during work as well as small machine parts. The top plastic is mostly black and easy to keep clean. The solid handle gives a firm grip when moving the cabinet. The handle can also be fitted at either end of the cabinet, according to the user's preference or particular application.

The 7-drawer tool cabinet has a lock at the centre position, with 2 spare keys. All drawers lock independently through a self-locking mechanism and are 100% independent of each other. Each drawer is designed to slide on ball-bearing rails with very high durability, moving easily and without noise. The drawer measures 570 x 410 mm. All ELORA drawers are painted black.

The castors are rubber-coated, running smoothly and quietly when moved. 2 of the 4 castors swivel freely for steering and have a locking mechanism at the cabinet foot. There are many different modules, arranged by theme and product group; you choose them in the sequence explained at the end of this article.

Accessories for ELORA workshop trolleys

Accessories are regarded only as add-on items that bring extra value to the cabinet. You can have them or do without them. However, if you do have them, you will find they bring real convenience. Below is the list of such parts for the cabinet, fully compatible with the following models:

• 1220-L7
• 1220-L8
• 1225-L7

These items are suitable for hanging on the side of the cabinet, where the holes are already cut. You just clip them in and they are ready to use.

Each accessory has its own order number as shown in the picture; you only need to select that number. It works as an add-on convenience for the tool cabinet, particularly suitable when a plant equips them in series. Consistency across the whole system brings usability as well as interchangeability.

These accessories are not supplied with the cabinet; they are supplied only when you order them.

Large modules for ELORA tool cabinets

This type of module covers one full drawer of the tool cabinet. So when you choose the items below, each one fills 1 drawer. The video below presents in detail a Super Caddy cabinet fully equipped in a 184-piece configuration. You can still customise it as you like. This is only an example, and it is offered as a promotion at a low price.

How you choose depends entirely on what you need inside the cabinet. That means you start from your working needs: which tools do you need? Then you choose the module containing those items and place it in the drawer. So there are a few rules to keep in mind. ELORA Germany has only 2 module types, easy to recognise from their pictures. One module takes up 1/3 of a drawer; when you choose this type, you pick 3 different ones at a time, so that together they fill one drawer completely.

The components you see as 3 separate blocks fit exactly into 1 drawer when placed inside. You also fill them in order from top to bottom, but we suggest filling at most the top 5 drawers. Of course you can do all 7 drawers as well, in which case the 2 large bottom drawers will have free space.

The second module type fills a whole drawer on its own. This one is the simplest: many items in a single foam insert. There are many such large inserts, arranged by theme or product group; for example, the one shown above is the group for socket sets. You can also choose the screwdriver group, wrenches, or pliers and hammers of various kinds.

With large, heavy blocks, you should place them in the lower drawers. The cabinet is then more stable, because the weight tends to sit towards the base. In the 2 large bottom drawers you should place heavy items, such as slogging wrenches, pneumatic tools and oversized sockets. Also drilling, grinding and cutting machines used as additional equipment.
