Cây kéo cắt cành FELCO 4 này xem là đơn giản nhưng vẫn có đế cắt lớn. Nói cách khác là vế đỡ cành khi cắt lớn. Dao sắc không bằng chắc kê chính là điểm này. Cán nhôm nhẹ nhàng, về cắt vẫn là thép như mọi loại khác.
