We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and expand the business operations for prestigious brands such as STABILA, FAMAG, BESSEY, ORBIS, ELORA, Kirschen, and MCC.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Execute business plans and ensure they meet the intended objectives and targets.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities and business niches to increase the company’s market presence.
  • Search for and engage with potential clients to boost sales and develop strong, long-term relationships.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and partners on pricing, distribution, and profit-sharing agreements to maximize business benefits.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to promote business growth.
  • Train, mentor, and oversee the development of the sales team to ensure the implementation of business strategies.
  • Monitor and supervise the sales department, ensuring that all team members meet their KPIs and contribute to overall company goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management, offering insights into the effectiveness of strategies and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 35 years and above.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of business foundations and organizational strategy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in dealing with suppliers and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a sales team, with at least 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales management.
  • Proficiency in identifying potential markets and clients, with a strong business acumen.
  • Experience with international clients and familiarity with the industrial tools sector is a plus.

Salary: 30 to 45 million VND/month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
